Refund & Returns Policy

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
  • For health/sanitary reasons, used food-contact items (e.g., drinkware) cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards; final-sale or clearance items; personalized items; consumables once opened (unless defective).

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Process

  1. Email info@chopinhaus.shop to obtain an RMA and return address.
  2. Pack securely and include all original components.
  3. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days (bank times may vary).

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defect/incorrect item), we cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

The quickest way is to return the item and place a new order after the return is accepted.
